How it runs on launch day

Registration. QR on badge and standee opens the pass; sign-in replaces the paper list.
In the queue. Guests answer three questions and get their AI quote before they reach the hall.
Avatar bar. Selfie or upload goes to an AI render service that returns a Pixar-style 3D portrait in about 10 to 20 seconds. The photo is deleted after rendering.
Four centre booths. Each runs a 3 to 5 minute activity. Crew show a rotating code or QR; scanning it awards that centre's power.
LED wall. Every avatar and quote appears live, and evolves on the wall as the guest collects powers.
